Whether you start in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Hanover or Frankfurt, you can catch the high-speed ICE train to Munich, and then take the EuroCity express train on to Jenbach, where you change to the Zillertalbahn train or the train station shuttle. If you hold a BahnCard nd/or take advantage of special offers, the journey to Zillertal can be really cheap, starting from just EUR 37.90 in second class or as little as EUR 18.90 from Munich. A tip for families: your own children and grandchildren under 15 years of age travel with you free of charge.
Train tickets can be booked up to six months in advance. The Four Seasons Travel shuttle service will take you from Innsbruck, Munich, Salzburg or Jenbach to your hotel and back at any time.And your own car? It can safely stay in garage at home! Overnight travel? No problem at all! From Hamburg and Düsseldorf you can take the comfortable ÖBB Nightjet – the Austrian night train – to Tyrol on any day of the week. Cars and motorbikes can be transported by train on the route from Düsseldorf to Innsbruck.

Avoid lugging - send your luggage ahead! For even more comfort on arrival, both Deutsche Bahn and ÖBB offer a luggage service where your luggage is transported to your accommodation before you start your journey and is already waiting for you when you arrive. In addition, numerous ski rentals and ski depots are available at the valley stations of the mountain railways, so that you can start your ski day in comfort.
