First destination: Wedelhütte. Here you can park your bike and start the ascent to the summit of the Wimbachkopf on foot.

From Alpengasthof Finkau, you cross the beautiful Wildgerlostal valley by bike to the large waterfall at the end of the valley. From there, the steep ascent to the Zittauer Hütte begins.

Kasseler Hütte

From Mayrhofen, take the bike in the direction of Stilluptal to the valley station of the Kasseler Hütte material cable car. From there you walk to the Kasseler Hütte.

Ride your bike up to the Junsbergalm/Stoankasern. After the snack station, park your bike in the bike parking area to climb the Junssee. The bike parking area below the Junsjoch requires more metres in altitude.

The High Alps Nature Park Zillertal Alps is a high mountain nature park in the truest sense of the word. It extends from the mountaineering village Ginzling up to the Hochfeiler. All altitudinal levels are thereby part of the nature park, which is characterised by exceptionally high biodiversity. Together with other nature reserves in North, South and East Tyrol, the Zillertal Alps High Mountain Nature Park forms the largest association of nature reserves in the Alps!
